Dress
You must wear sturdy trainers, running shoes or walking shoes that are enclosed and have a substantial grip. Flip-flops or other loose footwear is not permitted.
- Clothing should be suitable for the rough terrain.
- Bring a jacket or a hoodie during the cooler months.
- Always use sunblock.
Meeting time
Arrive at the Jais Welcome Centre at least 30 minutes before your reservation time. If you are delayed, you will forfeit 100 per cent of your payment in line with the terms and conditions.
