    Outdoor Yoga & Fitness

    Breathe deeper, move slower and feel the energy of the mountains with open-air yoga at the Jais Viewing Deck. Set against sweeping views of the Hajar range, our guided sessions blend gentle movement and mindful breathing to restore clarity, focus and calm.

    Our guided hikes turn every path into a story – of geology, culture and resilience. Led by qualified guides from Bear Grylls Explorers Camp (BGEC), these hikes cover a range of fitness levels and distances, from gentle wadis to challenging full-day adventures.

    Guides share insights about local terrain, flora and fauna, and essential mountain skills, so guests leave both inspired and informed.

    1. Out and Back – Intro to Mountain Hiking - 200 AED

    2. The Loop – Wadi to Ridgeline Adventure - 200 AED
