SAFETY AND EQUIPMENT
Safety is a top priority at the Jais Ropes Course. All participants are secured in a harness and attached to a continuous safety line throughout the experience. The course is supervised by trained staff to ensure everyone enjoys the activity safely.
PARTICIPATION CRITERIA FOR THE JEBEL JAIS ROPES COURSE
To participate, you must meet the following requirements:
- Weight: Maximum of 120 kg.
- Height: Minimum of 125 cm.
- Age: Participants must be at least six years old. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult, and participants under 18 require a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
WHAT TO WEAR ON THE JEBEL JAIS ROPES COURSE
For a comfortable and safe experience, we recommend the following:
- Wear sturdy, enclosed footwear with good grip, such as trainers or walking shoes. Flip-flops and sandals are not permitted.
- Opt for clothing suitable for physical activity, and bring a jacket or hoodie during cooler months.
- Apply sunblock to protect against sun exposure.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Arrive at the Bear Grylls Explorers Camp at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session. Check in at the information center with your reservation details to ensure a smooth start. Please note that late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your payment.
JAIS ROPES COURSE OPERATING HOURS
The Jais Ropes Course operates from Wednesday to Sunday, including public holidays, from
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Ensure you plan your visit accordingly.
